Encinitas City Hall The Encinitas City Hall Project consisted of 6 CommuniCans with Site Specific/Themed Murals and 32 - 8"x8" Encinitas Themed glazed tile concrete bollards outside City Hall. The tiles were painted by Student/Artists and Local artists.Project was funded by City of Encinitas.
